Nicky Keller at Education Resourcing replies immediately to morning texts - a service I have received from no other agency.  She is prompt to return emails and texts throughout the day and I usually rely on these methods rather than the phone.  However, when I do use the phone, calls are answered promptly, and on the rare occasion the call goes to voice-mail (usually when Nicky is out interviewing), the query is dealt with very speedily.
